Returns, Refunds & Delivery


RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bodyboudoir@hotmail.com and send your item to: shop 5/661 Pittwater Rd, Dee Why, NSW, 2099, Australia.


SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to: shop 5/661 Pittwater Rd, Dee Why, NSW, 2099, Australia.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We strongly encourage sending all returns to us with a tracking number as we can not refund/exchange for a product that does not arrive and can not be tracked. We can not accept any responsibility for parcels that are returned to us without tracking and get lost in transit.

EXPRESS DELIVERY  Approx 1 to 3 business days earlier than standard*



Your order will be dispatched the next business day for all orders placed AFTER 3PM.

Orders placed BEFORE to 3PM will be dispatched same business day if items are in stock. Please note we only dispatch orders Monday to Friday.

Parcels can be delivered to residential, PO Box, Parcel locker and business addresses Australia wide.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday every week of the year. Except Public Holidays.

Tracking numbers are updated by email and on your order status page by approximately 9pm Australian Eastern Standard Time on the day of your orders dispatch Mon - Fri. During times of extra demand or promotional periods, tracking numbers may not be updated until the following business day. All order placed on the weekend or public holiday will have updates given on the next business day by 7pm

The following delivery times are an estimate only of the average time frame in which you should receive your order, on most occasions you will receive your order earlier than the times specified below.
